The utils directory contains various utility programs that you might need to install on your computer. In particular, you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader (in the adobe directory) or another PDF viewer installed on your computer to read many of the documents stored on this CD-ROM. In addition, if you are running the Cygwin Unix Emulator, you will most likely also need to install the TextPad text editor.

Please note that the utility applications on this CD-ROM come with their own licence agreements. You will need to read and accept these licence agreements before you can successfully install the software.
