Jibbon Beach

★★☆☆☆

This short track explores the sites of the Dharawal people. The highlight of the walk is the Jibbon engravings - a series of images carved into the sandstone rock ledge at Jibbon Head in the Royal National Park. The Jibbon Loop Track also visits the site of one of the former Aboriginal camps at Shelley Beach and allows for a leisurely stroll along the golden crescent sands of Jibbon Beach.

Located adjacent to Bundeena, the place can get quite busy, although on my visit with the covid-19 restrictions that were in place, everyone was keeping their distance from each other.
